We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability. However, due to the nature of our ATV tour business and the limited availability of our tours, we have established the following cancellation policy:
1. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.
2. Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to the scheduled tour date will be refunded 50% of the total tour cost.
3. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the scheduled tour date are non-refundable.
4. In the event of a no-show or failure to cancel within the designated time frame, no refund will be provided.
Please note the following important points regarding our cancellation policy:
- Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. If the reservation was made through a third-party booking platform, their refund policy may apply.
- Changes to the tour date or time may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and management approval.
- Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or safety concerns may be eligible for rescheduling or a full refund, at our discretion.
- If a tour is cut short or modified during the trip due to unforeseen circumstances, we will assess the situation and determine an appropriate refund or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.
COVID-19 Notice
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to help pay for cancellation fees in the event that you aren’t able to participate in your adventure with us due to COVID exposure or quarantine. If you have not purchased travel insurance and cannot make your reservation due to COVID, please let us know as soon as possible to discuss options including rescheduling. We reserve the right to charge full cancellation fees for no call/no shows, so please make sure you call before your tour.
